CEO – Stuart Treloar
After spending almost 20 years working in the financial service sector, holding role including Business Systems Analyst, Operations Manager and State Manager, Stuart realised that the technological advantages that large corporate entities had could be made available to small and start-up businesses at a fraction of the costs that it would have once required.
With this in mind Forge CCS has specifically target its products and services to serve the needs of small business owners with limited budgets and limited technological experience.
As well as drawing from his decades of industry experience Stuart holds Academic Qualifications Including: A Graduate Certificate in User Experience Design, LEAN Six Sigma Process Improvement Certification, Certificate IV in Customer Contact & Certificate IV in Front Line Manager.
Our Process
At Forge CCS we use the DMAIC model to systematically identify and solve problems, improve processes, and enhance overall efficiency and quality
1. Define
First, we Define the problem or improvement opportunity. We set clear goals and identify the key processes involved. This stage ensures everyone understands what needs to be addressed and why it’s important.
2. Measure
Next, we Measure the current performance. We collect data to understand how the process is currently working. This step helps us establish a baseline and quantify the problem.
3. Analyse
In the Analyse phase, we dig deep into the data and examine it collaboration with your business. This enables us to find the root causes of the issue. By understanding why the problem exists, we can focus on the right solutions.
4. Improve
Then, we Improve the process by implementing targeted solutions. We test and refine these changes to ensure they effectively address the root causes identified in the Analyze phase.
5. Control
Finally, we Control the improved process to sustain the gains. We put monitoring systems in place and establish standards and business processes to ensure the improvements stick over time.
